2025-2026 Areas of Focus

Educational Excellence: Academic Achievement

  • 67% (93rd percentile) of students in grades 3-11 will demonstrate proficiency in English Language Arts/Reading. (Baseline = 64%)
  • 73% (93rd percentile) of students in grades 3-11 will demonstrate proficiency in Mathematics. (Baseline = 70%)
  • Increase the percentage of students (FAY) proficient or advanced in English Language Arts by 3 percentage points across each of the following subgroups: students with disabilities (Baseline = 29%); students of color (Baseline = 44%); economically disadvantaged students - free and reduced lunch (Baseline = 44%)
  • Increase the percentage of students (FAY) proficient or advanced in Mathematics by 3 percentage points across each of the following subgroups: students with disabilities (Baseline = 33%); students of color (Baseline = 60%); economically disadvantaged students - free and reduced lunch (Baseline = 46%)

Well-being: Mental Health Supports

  • Increase the percentage of full-time staff who know of available wellness and wellbeing supports and understand how to access them by 15% (WB 1-B - Increase awareness of and access to wellness coaching, EAP services and stress management tools).

Partnerships: Family Engagement

  • 50% of families with students in grades 9-11 will actively engage in post-secondary planning through the Xello online platform. (Baseline = 0%)

Operations: Community and Industry Connections

  • Enhance access to school facilities for community events and programming by 5% for the 2025-2026 school year. (OP 2-B; Baseline = 5,500 hours)
  • The District will provide clear and timely information regarding decisions and initiatives with an average website update timeframe of 48 hours. (OP 2-C)
