Facility Rental

Steps to Using a School Facility:

  1. Contact Facilities and Grounds to obtain an Application for Use of District Facilities form or click here to print a Facility Use form.
  2. At a minimum, activities or events that are recreational or that involve more than 30 people, require additional liability insurance (other activities or groups may be judged to require liability insurance based on the nature of the activity).
  3. Complete and return both the Application for Use form and proof of liability insurance (Certificate of Liability Insurance) at least 3 weeks prior to the activity/event, but no more than 60 days in advance. Special circumstances may apply to Priority 2 requests that extend beyond 60 days which will be determined by the Assistant Director of Operations in coordination with the user and Facility Scheduler.
  4. A copy of the Facility Use Agreement will be sent to the contact person for the group. Sign and return the agreement to Facilities and Grounds no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. An approved permit will be returned to you. Please carry this permit to your event or each activity. The permit is binding and may only be amended by Facilities and Grounds. A $5.00 service fee will apply to all amendments on a contract. No amendments will be made later than 5 business days prior to your event due to custodial and building supervision that may be hired to accommodate your request.
  5. A signed copy of the Certificate of Liability Insurance must also be filed prior to using district facilities. The Certificate of Liability Insurance must show that the applicant has procured a liability insurance policy naming the district as an additional insured and providing at least $2,000,000 of coverage per occurrence and at least $2,000,000 of coverage in the aggregate.

HHS Tennis Court Calendar

  • The HHS Tennis Courts include 2 sets of 4 courts.
  • They are reserved by the North Set (4) or South Set (4).
  • Individual courts are available when not reserved as a set.
  • Unscheduled courts are available on a first come, first served basis.
